1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (arch-duo.com) and any associated digital tools or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Provision of Services
Arch-Duo Studio provides professional architectural consulting, custom design services, digital blueprints, and access to online computer-aided design tools. You agree and acknowledge that Arch-Duo Studio is entitled to modify, improve, or discontinue any of its services or digital features at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. Merchant of Record & Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding your financial transaction. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions.
4. Delivery Policy
Digital Products & Software
Access to online tools, digital blueprints, or CAD files is delivered electronically. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive an email with download links or immediate access credentials to your account.
Custom Architectural Services
Delivery timelines for custom design work, renderings, and consultations will be agreed upon individually in a separate project contract or proposal prior to the commencement of work.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our work:
Digital Downloads & Software Access
All sales of digital blueprints, CAD files, and digital tool subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Custom Services
Deposates and payments for custom architectural and design services are non-refundable once the conceptual or drafting work has commenced, as these represent time and intellectual property already delivered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, and proprietary CAD tools, is the property of Arch-Duo Studio and is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a service or digital product grants you a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use, but does not transfer the copyright of the original design or code to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that Arch-Duo Studio and its affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, software tools, or the implementation of our architectural designs without proper local engineering validation.
